The friendliest park around. A beautiful, relaxing place to spend a weekend or the summer. There is a lot of shade and grass. The playgrounds have volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, a zip line, etc. You can rent a cabin built in the 1800’s that has been restored with modern conveniences. Or, rent the large, spacious RV. It’s lovely inside and comfy for even the elderly. So bring Mom and Dad along or grandparents. We know they will enjoy this unit. Tent spaces with weekly rates. Many mountain trails for hiking and 4-wheeling on State land adjacent to the park. Don’t forget the swim gear for the sandy beach at the river where you can also fish for walleye and trout. Many wild berries are in season. The bathrooms and showers are modern and clean, thanks to everyone who stays at the park and the staff. Ice and treats can be picked up at the small store during office hours.
