Release, Hold Harmless, & Agreement no to SUE

I fully understand that any participation in Northport's Labor Day Parade in Northport, WA, exposes me to the risk of personal injury, death, or property damage. I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the parade and agree to assume any such risk.

I hereby release, discharge and agree not to sue the Northport Chamber of Commerce and/or residents of Northport, Washington, for any injury, death, or damage to or loss of personal property arising out of, or in connection with, my participation in the parade from whatever cause, including the active or passive negligence of Northport's Chamber of Commerce and residents of Northport, Washington, or any other participants in the parade.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the parade, I hereby agree, for myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns, that I shall indemnify and hold harmless Northport Chamber of Commerce and residents of Northport, Washington, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or suits arising out of or in connection with my participation in the parade.

I have carefully read this release, and am aware that it is a full RELEASE of ALL liability and sign it of my Own Free Will.
