Labor Day Parade Form<\/h3>\n

The people of the community of Northport, Washington invite you to participate in the Annual Labor Day Parade to be held in Northport on Monday, September 6, 2021. The parade will begin at 10:30 a.m. We ask that you please check in at 9:00 a.m. at the High School parking lot. This area is located at the south end of town, 1 1\/2 blocks from Highway 25. <\/p>\n

I fully understand that any participation in Northport's Labor Day Parade in Northport, WA, exposes me to the risk of personal injury, death, or property damage. I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the parade and agree to assume any such risk.<\/p>\n

\nI hereby release, discharge and agree not to sue the Northport Chamber of Commerce and\/or residents of Northport, Washington, for any injury, death, or damage to or loss of personal property arising out of, or in connection with, my participation in the parade from whatever cause, including the active or passive negligence of Northport's Chamber of Commerce and residents of Northport, Washington, or any other participants in the parade.<\/p>\n

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the parade, I hereby agree, for myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns, that I shall indemnify and hold harmless Northport Chamber of Commerce and residents of Northport, Washington, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or suits arising out of or in connection with my participation in the parade.
